Build a dependency register
List carrier work, channel credentials, CRM access, data mapping, routing decisions and agent training. Voz360 implementations need these inputs scoped to the intended workflow. Give each dependency an owner and acceptance criterion so delays and assumptions are visible before the cutover date.
Test recovery and operational readiness
Include a failed integration, unavailable agent and routing exception in the pilot. Confirm who changes configuration and how staff report issues. A launch checklist should cover unfinished customer work and supervisor visibility as well as technical connectivity, then be reviewed after the pilot.
Rehearse a dependency that is not ready
Assume a planned CRM mapping or channel account is unavailable during the pilot. Ask which service journeys can still run and which must wait. Give the unresolved dependency an owner and acceptance test so the rollout decision reflects the working scope rather than an optimistic launch checklist.
Your practical checklist
- Assign dependency owners
- Test failed integration
- Confirm configuration access
- Review unfinished work
Use this checklist in a workflow review with your agents, supervisors and implementation owners. Record what the team demonstrates, which decisions need an owner and what remains to be confirmed for your deployment.

Configuration, carrier services, integrations and commercial terms are scoped for each deployment.
