Terms of Use
Clear terms for exploring Voz360.
These Terms of Use govern access to the Voz360 marketing website operated by Ideas2Goal Technologies Pvt Ltd. They cover browsing, information requests and use of website materials. A signed order, service agreement or data processing addendum governs a purchased Voz360 service and takes priority for that service.
Last updated 25 October 20261. Website purpose and acceptance
The website provides information about Voz360 and a way to contact the team. Use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you are acting for an organization, ensure you have authority for the information and requests you submit. Browsing the site or sending a form does not itself purchase a subscription or execute a service agreement.
2. Website materials and brand rights
The website's text, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view and use the information for legitimate evaluation of Voz360 and retain reasonable internal copies with attribution. Do not misrepresent the source, remove rights notices or resell the website materials as your own. Customer and channel logos remain the property of their respective owners; their display does not grant a license or imply endorsement of every statement on the site.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the website to harm people, interfere with availability, distribute malicious content or obtain information without authorization. Normal product evaluation and responsible reporting of a suspected issue are welcome. Security research must respect access boundaries, personal information and service availability; contact the team to agree an appropriate reporting channel.
- Do not submit malware, credentials belonging to others, abusive messages or unlawful content.
- Do not bypass access restrictions, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the website.
- Do not impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorized to disclose.
4. Enquiries and communications
Provide accurate contact information and only the material needed for the enquiry. Do not include customer records, passwords, payment-card details or sensitive case information in public forms. We may use the submitted information to respond and arrange the steps you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. A form success message confirms acceptance for delivery, not acceptance of a contract or a promised response time.
5. Product information and demonstrations
Product descriptions explain capabilities and example workflows. Provider setup, integrations, deployment controls and commercial scope vary with the requirements agreed for the service. Concept illustrations and sample data are not screenshots of a customer's live environment. Pricing, availability, support, retention and service-level commitments are established in the applicable agreement rather than inferred from a demonstration or diagram.
6. AI-assisted service workflows
AI assistance can support drafts, recommendations, transcription and quality review. Users of a contracted service remain responsible for applying the review and authorization process appropriate to the interaction. Website descriptions of AI do not promise that every output is complete, accurate or suitable for an unsupervised decision. The service agreement and provider arrangements address actual deployment data flows and responsibilities.
7. Privacy, storage and customer data
The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain the website's handling of personal information and browser preferences. Customer-service data processed under an agreement is governed by that agreement, the relevant processing terms and lawful customer instructions. A website enquiry does not give permission to access another organization's records or authorize processing beyond the stated purpose.
8. Third-party services and links
Links to providers, external maps and other websites are offered for convenience or reference. We do not control those services or their terms. Channel names describe connection types; the account, permission, policy and provider requirements for a particular integration must be reviewed for that setup.
9. Availability and reasonable reliance
We aim to keep website information useful and current, but information may change and errors or interruptions may occur. The website is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Confirm important technical, security and commercial details with the team before relying on them for a procurement or deployment decision.
10. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Each party remains responsible for its own unlawful conduct and for obligations that applicable law does not allow it to exclude. These website terms do not override mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights. Liability limits and remedies for a contracted service must be addressed in its agreement. This page does not add an undisclosed payment obligation, automatic renewal or arbitration commitment.
11. Changes and service-specific terms
Website content and these terms may be updated as the site and services evolve. The date shown on the page identifies the current version. Applicable mandatory law continues to apply; any governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions for a purchased service are set out in the relevant agreement. Do not infer a contractual forum from the location of a contact office.
12. Contact
Use Contact Us for questions about website use, product evaluation or these terms. Select the subject closest to your enquiry and provide enough context for a useful reply. Privacy and security requests should use their respective enquiry subjects so the team can route them appropriately.
