Outbound software features that support the whole campaign

Outbound feature selection should include what happens before and after the call. A dialing capability alone does not establish a complete campaign workflow.

Inspect the agent experience

Review the chosen dialing mode, customer context and CRM integration. Voz360 supports five outbound modes and connected service capabilities. Test the preparation required for a difficult conversation and inspect how the agent records the result and next action in the intended implementation.

Inspect the supervisor experience

Ask how live activity is reviewed and how managers identify follow-up that needs attention. Scope transcription, AI recommendations and call QA separately. A useful demonstration lets a supervisor trace one interaction from the campaign task through the call and into its quality review.

Trace one campaign item into review

Select a sample outbound task and follow it through preparation, calling, result recording and any scoped quality assessment. Ask the manager to find the relevant record at each point. Note any integration or module dependency so the feature evaluation becomes a realistic implementation plan.

Your practical checklist

  • Test preparation
  • Inspect result recording
  • Review live supervision
  • Trace one interaction into QA

Use this checklist in a workflow review with your agents, supervisors and implementation owners. Record what the team demonstrates, which decisions need an owner and what remains to be confirmed for your deployment.

Put the workflow into practice.

Bring a representative customer request and an exception to a Voz360 demonstration. Review the agent experience, the supervisor view and the record left for the next person. Confirm package scope, optional modules and provider dependencies before planning rollout.

Configuration, carrier services, integrations and commercial terms are scoped for each deployment.
