Service desk and call center features that work together

Phone interactions and service-desk requests should share an understandable customer context. Evaluate the connection between handling the call and completing the work that follows.

Test the voice-to-conversation workflow

Demonstrate inbound routing, transfer, voicemail and CRM context in the intended Voz360 deployment. Then inspect the related service record and next action. The phone system and conversation process need clear responsibilities so a successful call does not leave an unowned follow-up.

Inspect management and review

Use supervisor visibility, reports and optional call quality scoring to review the interaction. Confirm retention and access requirements for recordings and transcripts. Add forms, checklists and approvals when the request needs a structured process beyond the conversation itself.

Connect voicemail with service ownership

Use a sample voicemail about an open customer issue. Ask the team to demonstrate its handling and the relevant service record in the intended implementation. Review who returns the call, what context is available and how the next action remains visible after that interaction is complete.

Your practical checklist

  • Test voice handoffs
  • Inspect the service record
  • Review retention access
  • Scope process requirements

Use this checklist in a workflow review with your agents, supervisors and implementation owners. Record what the team demonstrates, which decisions need an owner and what remains to be confirmed for your deployment.

Put the workflow into practice.

Bring a representative customer request and an exception to a Voz360 demonstration. Review the agent experience, the supervisor view and the record left for the next person. Confirm package scope, optional modules and provider dependencies before planning rollout.
