Five checks for the agent journey
Test caller routing, customer history, transfers, outbound dialing and CRM context. In Voz360, ask the demonstrator to continue the same customer journey across these functions. Confirm the required setup and permissions instead of marking a feature present after seeing its menu item.
Five checks for operational control
Inspect real-time supervision, reporting, quality scoring, workforce planning and automation. Some capabilities are optional modules. Ask how each one helps the selected workflow and who maintains its configuration. A scored test makes package differences and implementation work easier to compare.
Use the same evidence for all ten checks
Keep a demonstration log with the scenario, function shown, dependency and unresolved question. Ask the vendor to revisit any function shown only in isolation. A single traceable customer journey makes the evaluation easier to review with agents, IT and the commercial decision maker.
Turn a feature claim into an observable test
A demo check should specify the starting state, action and expected evidence. For transfer, start with an open request and an unavailable specialist; show who owns the next action afterward. For a custom form, show what happens when required information is missing.
Keep separate columns for demonstrated behavior and commercial inclusion. A capability visible in a demonstration may require an optional module or integration beyond the proposed package.
Run ten tests with one connected case
Test intake, identity lookup, required fields, routing, ownership transfer, private notes, approval, customer follow-up, quality review and reporting. Use the same illustrative billing request so the team can inspect continuity rather than watching unrelated screens.
Record one failure case for each critical control. A response saved successfully is not enough if the wrong team owns the unresolved request. Ask an agent and supervisor to explain the resulting history in their own terms.
Capture decisions immediately
Mark every test passed, configuration needed, dependency unresolved or failed. Attach the observed evidence and owner. Avoid converting an undocumented promise into a passed item.
Use this practical test script after the broader software evaluation scorecard. The scorecard helps choose what matters; this article helps prove the chosen requirements during a Voz360 demo.
Your practical checklist
- Routing
- History
- Transfers
- Dialing
- CRM context
- Supervision
- Reporting
- Quality
- Workforce
- Automation
Use this checklist in a workflow review with your agents, supervisors and implementation owners. Record what the team demonstrates, which decisions need an owner and what remains to be confirmed for your deployment.
