Contact customers with a cloud calling workflow

Customer outreach should have a clear purpose and a usable record. Start with why the team is contacting the person and what happens after the interaction.

Prepare the customer context

Review relevant history and the intended next step before dialing. Voz360 supports Customer360, CRM integration scoping and five outbound dialer modes. Select the mode that fits the required preparation. Confirm the contact list and applicable operating rules with the responsible stakeholders.

Close the loop after the call

Record whether the next action belongs to the customer, an agent or another team. Use conversation notes and structured process where appropriate. Supervisors should inspect uncompleted follow-up as well as calling activity, particularly when the customer has asked for an update or a later contact.

Inspect a promise to contact later

Use a sample call where the customer asks for an update after an internal investigation. Ask the agent to capture the request and identify the next owner. Review the resulting follow-up with a supervisor so the outreach process does not end when the initial call is complete.

Your practical checklist

  • Define the purpose
  • Review customer history
  • Choose a dialer mode
  • Assign follow-up ownership

Use this checklist in a workflow review with your agents, supervisors and implementation owners. Record what the team demonstrates, which decisions need an owner and what remains to be confirmed for your deployment.

Put the workflow into practice.

Bring a representative customer request and an exception to a Voz360 demonstration. Review the agent experience, the supervisor view and the record left for the next person. Confirm package scope, optional modules and provider dependencies before planning rollout.

Configuration, carrier services, integrations and commercial terms are scoped for each deployment.
