Test the working location
Run representative calls from the locations agents intend to use. Inspect audio, connection changes and interruption recovery. Newer mobile network access may help in some conditions, but it does not establish a service guarantee or remove the need for an approved endpoint configuration.
Keep product scope explicit
Voz360 supports voice operations and AI voice workflows. Native mobile applications, network slicing and specific mobile handoff behavior require separate validation. Confirm endpoint compatibility and access requirements with the deployment team, then document the process an agent follows when connectivity is inadequate.
Compare two working environments
Test the approved endpoint from a stable office connection and the proposed remote or mobile environment. Inspect call setup, audio and recovery using the same tasks. The comparison should inform deployment requirements, not become a broad claim that a specific network generation always delivers acceptable service.
Your practical checklist
- Test real devices
- Inspect interrupted calls
- Confirm endpoint compatibility
- Document connectivity fallback
Use this checklist in a workflow review with your agents, supervisors and implementation owners. Record what the team demonstrates, which decisions need an owner and what remains to be confirmed for your deployment.
