Test the agent's actual call path
Use the approved device, browser or calling endpoint on the planned network. Inspect call establishment, audio, transfer and recovery after interruption. Do not infer a particular WebRTC implementation or browser compatibility list from Voz360's general voice capabilities; verify those details with the deployment team.
Review customer-service continuity
After the call, check the customer context, follow-up record and supervisor visibility. A technically successful connection still needs to support the service process. Keep endpoint failures, carrier faults and agent workflow issues separate so each problem reaches the appropriate owner.
Review a call after an endpoint interruption
Use the supported test setup to inspect what happens when an agent's endpoint becomes unavailable. Ask how the customer work and technical incident are recorded. Confirm the recovery behavior with the deployment team instead of treating a protocol name as evidence that every interruption is handled the same way.
Your practical checklist
- Confirm supported endpoints
- Test audio and transfers
- Inspect interruption recovery
- Separate fault ownership
Use this checklist in a workflow review with your agents, supervisors and implementation owners. Record what the team demonstrates, which decisions need an owner and what remains to be confirmed for your deployment.
