Inspect the caller's path into service
Test queue routing, customer identification and the agent's access to relevant history. In Voz360, connect the voice interaction to the wider customer view. Include a repeat caller with an unresolved request to see whether the workflow recognizes the continuing issue.
Review the promise made to the customer
Check the recorded action, transfer owner and expected update. Use quality review and reporting to identify cases where the call ended but the work did not progress. This gives supervisors a concrete coaching or process change to make.
Follow a promise after the call ends
Choose a sample call that ends with a commitment to investigate. Ask a supervisor to find the pending work and identify the update owner. If that requires asking the original agent, improve the record or operating process before concluding that the journey is fully visible.
Separate interaction measures from request outcomes
Call volumes, answer patterns and handling activity help explain capacity. They do not establish that a customer's issue was completed. Pair interaction measures with conversation status, overdue commitments and repeat-contact reasons where your reporting configuration supports them.
Define each measure before building the dashboard: time window, operating hours, included queues and treatment of transfers or reopened work. Two plausible reports can disagree because they count different events rather than because one is broken.
Reconcile a small sample manually
Trace an illustrative enquiry involving two calls and one ongoing investigation. Decide which numbers represent interactions, unique requests and completed outcomes. Match those definitions to the records available in the configured reports.
Review a request that crosses midnight or a reporting boundary. Check whether the interaction date and completion date answer different questions. Keep those distinctions visible to managers instead of forcing every measure into one daily total.
Use the dashboard to assign a decision
For each panel, name the action it supports: change staffing, review a routing failure, coach a handling behavior or investigate aged work. Remove measures that nobody can explain or act on. Avoid treating an attractive chart as independent proof of better service.
Explore reports and dashboards with your definitions and a known sample of cases. Ask for the data source and calculation behind each required view, including any deployment-specific reporting work.

Your practical checklist
- Test a repeat caller
- Inspect routing context
- Review recorded promises
- Track follow-up progress
Use this checklist in a workflow review with your agents, supervisors and implementation owners. Record what the team demonstrates, which decisions need an owner and what remains to be confirmed for your deployment.
