Define the failure scenarios
Consider carrier interruption, an unavailable endpoint, local network loss and a routing mistake. Ask which recovery or rerouting options are supported in the intended deployment and who can activate them. Do not assume geographic redundancy or a recovery time without evidence and contractual scope.
Rehearse the service response
For a Voz360 voice operation, identify affected queues and how customer work will be tracked during disruption. Agree agent instructions, escalation contacts and restoration checks. Review what happened after a test so the continuity plan includes both technical recovery and unfinished customer commitments.
Reconcile work after a disruption test
After an agreed continuity exercise, ask the service team to identify affected requests and pending customer commitments. Technical recovery alone does not establish that every promised action resumed. Use the reconciliation findings to update agent instructions, escalation ownership and the next recovery test.
Your practical checklist
- List failure scenarios
- Confirm supported recovery
- Rehearse agent instructions
- Reconcile unfinished work
Use this checklist in a workflow review with your agents, supervisors and implementation owners. Record what the team demonstrates, which decisions need an owner and what remains to be confirmed for your deployment.
