Review security and compliance across omnichannel service

An omnichannel security review needs to follow customer data across every contact source and integration. Each new channel can introduce account, permission and processing responsibilities.

Build the channel and data map

List email, SMS, social, messengers, live chat, portal and voice data used in the Voz360 deployment. Include notes, recordings and transcripts. Identify channel-account owners and the external providers involved, then review what information agents and administrators can access.

Organize assurance by scope

Review privacy, application-security and assurance topics through the Security & Access page. Confirm current evidence, control ownership and contractual responsibilities for the intended workflow. Compliance alignment does not by itself establish that every customer's recording or retention practice is appropriate.

Trace one cross-channel customer record

Use a sample customer who has a message, a call and an internal approval. Identify where each part is processed and who may access it. Review any export or integration path as part of the same data map so a channel-by-channel review does not miss the combined record.

Your practical checklist

  • Map every contact source
  • Assign account owners
  • Review evidence scope
  • Document control responsibilities

Use this checklist in a workflow review with your agents, supervisors and implementation owners. Record what the team demonstrates, which decisions need an owner and what remains to be confirmed for your deployment.

Put the workflow into practice.

Bring a representative customer request and an exception to a Voz360 demonstration. Review the agent experience, the supervisor view and the record left for the next person. Confirm package scope, optional modules and provider dependencies before planning rollout.

Configuration, carrier services, integrations and commercial terms are scoped for each deployment.
