Apply AI to connected customer communication tasks

AI becomes useful when it supports a defined task with relevant context. A connected communication environment provides opportunities for assistance, but each needs its own evaluation.

Choose the agent task first

Voz360 supports drafts, reply enhancement and recommendations based on customer history. Select a common request and inspect how the suggestion uses earlier conversations. Test a case where an old note is no longer accurate so the team can see where agent judgment remains necessary.

Choose voice and review tasks separately

STT, LLM and TTS voice AI has different inputs from call QA and scoring. Define the intended behavior and review criteria for each. Keep permission, handoff and error-reporting decisions clear before expanding automation across the customer journey.

Test an AI suggestion with limited authority

Use a sample request where the likely next action requires approval. Ask the agent to inspect the proposed response and distinguish a useful recommendation from permission to act. Record how the team will handle similar cases before introducing the assistance workflow more broadly.

Your practical checklist

  • Define a specific task
  • Test outdated context
  • Separate voice from QA
  • Assign review responsibility

Use this checklist in a workflow review with your agents, supervisors and implementation owners. Record what the team demonstrates, which decisions need an owner and what remains to be confirmed for your deployment.

Put the workflow into practice.

Bring a representative customer request and an exception to a Voz360 demonstration. Review the agent experience, the supervisor view and the record left for the next person. Confirm package scope, optional modules and provider dependencies before planning rollout.
