Evaluate connectivity before deploying AI-assisted communications

AI-assisted calling depends on usable audio and a reliable connection. A newer access network does not remove the need to test the full path between the agent, platform and carrier.

Test the actual working conditions

Measure a representative call from each planned location, including remote and mobile connections. Inspect audio interruptions, handoffs and recovery. Voz360's confirmed voice AI uses STT, LLM and TTS; network quality affects the audio those steps receive and the experience the caller hears.

Keep network claims separate from AI capability

Neither 5G access nor an AI demonstration proves a service-level commitment. Confirm deployment requirements with the technical team and carrier. Include a degraded-connection test and agree what agents should do when the service cannot complete the interaction as expected.

Test interruption during a voice-AI journey

In an agreed test environment, examine what happens when audio is incomplete or a connection deteriorates. Review the resulting transcript, response and handoff against the deployment plan. Confirm the supported behavior with the technical team instead of assume the access-network label determines the outcome.

Your practical checklist

  • Test real locations
  • Inspect degraded audio
  • Confirm fallback procedures
  • Separate network and AI evidence

Use this checklist in a workflow review with your agents, supervisors and implementation owners. Record what the team demonstrates, which decisions need an owner and what remains to be confirmed for your deployment.

Put the workflow into practice.

Bring a representative customer request and an exception to a Voz360 demonstration. Review the agent experience, the supervisor view and the record left for the next person. Confirm package scope, optional modules and provider dependencies before planning rollout.
