Separate the migration workstreams
Plan carrier arrangements, inbound routing, customer context, access and training. Voz360 supports the software operation, while number availability, connectivity and integration requirements need deployment-specific confirmation. Name an owner for each workstream and define the acceptance test before cutover.
Prove the service journey in a pilot
Use a representative queue and include a transfer, voicemail and follow-up. Inspect supervisor visibility and the record left for the next agent. Keep rollback decisions and unfinished work reconciliation in the plan so the pilot tests continuity as well as call answering.
Practice the cutover handoff
Before moving a queue, use a sample open request that involves both a phone call and a promised update. Confirm what information agents need on the new system and how they will find it. Keep a named owner for reconciling these requests after the pilot starts.
Your practical checklist
- Assign workstream owners
- Test a pilot queue
- Inspect follow-up records
- Define rollback decisions
Use this checklist in a workflow review with your agents, supervisors and implementation owners. Record what the team demonstrates, which decisions need an owner and what remains to be confirmed for your deployment.
