Define the two work patterns
Inbound work starts with a customer's contact and needs routing and context. Outbound work starts with a team task and needs preparation and a suitable dialer mode. Voz360 supports both, including five outbound modes. Configure each pattern around the team's operating purpose.
Inspect shared supervision and follow-up
Use real-time monitoring, reports and customer history to review the interaction. Include a customer who calls back after an outbound attempt. Verify that the agent understands the earlier purpose and can continue the work. Optional AI and quality modules should be scoped and evaluated against that same journey.
Review an inbound response to outbound work
A sample customer returns an outbound call to the inbound team. Ask the receiving agent to locate the earlier purpose and continue the request. Review the record and any remaining action with a supervisor so both calling directions are evaluated as one customer-service operation.
Your practical checklist
- Map both work patterns
- Choose outbound modes
- Test a return call
- Inspect shared follow-up
Use this checklist in a workflow review with your agents, supervisors and implementation owners. Record what the team demonstrates, which decisions need an owner and what remains to be confirmed for your deployment.
